1. Apply - Take 3–5 drops of oil on your palm. Apply evenly from mid-lengths to ends and massage gently into the scalp.
2. Massage - Use fingertips to massage in circular motions for 2–3 minutes to boost absorption and circulation.
3. Leave & Rinse - Leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deep treatment. Shampoo and condition as usual.

Recommended: 2–3 times per week for best results.
