Refund policy

At Skosh, we prioritize the quality and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our products being personal care items, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or use. This policy is in place to ensure safety and well-being of all our customers.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for the return and item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with the tags and it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof purchase. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you with the replacement or a refund.
