1. Spray - On dry hair before washing, spray the mist evenly from roots to ends.
2. Massage - Gently massage into the scalp and hair, ensuring thorough and even distribution.
3. Wait & Wash - Leave on for at least 30 minutes (or longer for intensive treatment), then shampoo and condition as usual.
   Use before every wash for best results. Can be left overnight for a deep treatment.
